trouble login won't accept password. new customer. need help for free.just singed in a few days ago. got on site one time and now it won't accept my correct password. I have my conformation number. do you need this to help?

Trish825, I had an account here at fixya since last year! Suddenly about 3 weeks ago my email address, nickname, and password became invalid when I would attempt a login. Fixya didn't or couldn't restore my old nickname with a new password. Guess it's not in their "to-do" list. Anyway just get a new nickname and new password like I did.
