when i download software and it asks me to put in usb port....it says that its waiting for a connection and thats it....forever

- thanks for getting back to me... i am following instructions... while software loads, it tells me at a certain point to plug in usb port, in which i do... then it has been stalled in that point for over 2 hours and it shows picture of usb going into computer saying "waiting for connection...."Clarification Request
