Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program yet? Is this the latest release of Messenger? What dll is it telling you that is missing? You might want to check and make sure your java is up to date as well. http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/VBRun60sp5.exe
