Cannot get any sound from Yamada Model L-151 (Type L5MTK6) when using it as a Monitor for Packard-Bell desktop running on Vista.
Works OK as a TV.
Tried "Line-in" & Red/white/yellow inputs without success. Currently connected to the desktop with the mulit-pin "D" connector.
Vision fine. No sound.
Desktop has a soundcard and is on Realtek s'ware.
Checked in "device Manager" which says both devices working OK.
Run a 3.5 mm stereo plug out of your soundcard (line out jack, not speaker out) that has red and white rca plugs on other end. Plug red and white rca plugs into your Yamahas audio in plugs. I'm not sure exactly what to set the tv on to get both sound and video though. Let me know...Tim
