Does the "dough" setting have a built-in delay? The manual says "most" settings have a 15 minute delay after you press start button. My problem is that after putting the ingredients into the machine, plugging it in and then selecting "8" for the dough setting and then pressing start, absolutely nothing happens even after fifteen minutes. What step did I miss and should I expect a delay? What step did I miss, or did I do something in the wrong order? thanks,,,, Kat
