door latch failure. If your crafty you can replace it yourself, there are several places online to buy parts. To get it out unplug the machine, Take the outer ring off the door gasket, roll the gasket back, and unscrew the two screws holding the door latch to the machine. Replace!

- if the door wont unlock to get at the latch, take the bottom panel off with the 3 screws along the very bottom of the machine. You can pull on a manual release that is at the bottom of the door latch.Yes
