Technik tkl9260 and the drum is solid.

i have a technik tkl9260 and the drum is solid and will not spin. I have had a look at the rubber seal at the front of the machine and it appears to be dislodged at the top of the door closure area. Is it likely to be a simple job if I try and take out the rubber seal and then reinsert it or should I call someone in to repair it?? It is no longer under warranty.
