lg washer will not spin. I had the le error last year and finally got a service man to put in a new control board and hal sensor which cost me 300 dollars with it being under warranty. Now less than a year later it fills with water but doesn't turn, I emptied it and drained the water then turned the drum by hand and the controls came on could this still be a sensor problem ?
