Stopped spinning and won't drain or do anything

hi unplug pull out machine if drain hose is at bottom of machine get bucket put hose in to it water will flow out when full raise hose water will stop repeat untill empty if hose is not at bottom tilt machine so counter top holds it get pot what ever wil fit under the drain fliter unscrew slowly not all the way to let out water once pot is full tigheten repeat untill water is out then open fliter clean look in make sure notthing is wraped around impeller if so take apart and put back same way
