My Nokia 7370 does not send/receive MMS mes...

My Nokia 7370 does not send/receive MMS messages. I was in Europe last week and with another SIM cart it worked perfectly. My service provider said that MMS is included in the service plan and this is the phone setting issue.Can you explain how I can set up MMS service? I am in Canada and service provider is Rogers. They sent me instructions, but I do not know fro where to start:
MMS Generic phone: MMS Settings:
APN: media.com
Username: media
Password: mda01
Gateway IP: 172.25.0.107
Message Server: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
