mostly it seems like a software problem. Did you try restarting it by pressing VOLUME DOWN + POWER button?? if it's not working , then take it to a service center and re-flash the software once.
do you have a universal travel charger? and use it to charge your battery for about 4 hours. or buy a new battery.If it is not ok, your phone is in short-circuit. go to service center
Im not sure if this goes for phones... But I noticed that when you get something with a charger and you seem to over-charge it (Leaving it constantly plugged in or charging it for long periods of time after its fully charged) it actually makes the life of the object shorter....
It could be that because you've been leaving it over night to charge its been eating at the LGs battery...
But like I said, im not sure...
Obviously you can't fix something like that...
Thats what my phone does when the battery is dead. perhaps it did not charge last night. see if the phone will turn on while connected to the charger. if so, the battery is dead or defective.
