My psp will not charge the battery

My psp will not charge the battery but in my brother it does?

After the battery is charged i can use my psp like normal but i hate waiting for the battery to charge before i can continue playing the game.

Plaese hlep!

check your devce with his adaptor. If it is charging, get a spare adaptor. If it is not, probably the adaptor jack on your device is damaged or got unsoldered.
