Windows XP only allows 640 x 400/ 4 color disply. No VGA/DVI card. Now only blk screen after window logon screen. I think that I didn't put things back correctly in setup. What are optimum settings?

boot in safe mode(F8 repeatedly on start). on the next screen select "ENABLE VGA MODE. THIS SHOULD WORK...
