Ok First we need to clarify is there a problem in Device Manager: On Desk Top RIGHT click MY COMPUTER Then open PROPERTIES Open DEVICE MANAGER Then Open DVD_CDROM...does it say device is working peoperly or is there a yellow symbol next to it
