Problem for Hitachi 57F500 57 in. Rear Projection HDTV-Ready...

Hello,
I've got a Hitachi Rear Projection model 57F59A, and is dead.
Replaced pico fuse and transistor Q777. Worked for maybe 5 minutes then started arcing. Arced maybe 5 times and now I'm suspecting that 777 is dead again, I know related pico fuse is. I was trying to see where the arcing was and only saw it once. best I could tell was inside the heatsink area where Q777 is. Any suggestions on what might have caused the arcing would be greatly appreciated. PRT anode connections look ok. Heatsinks service pack installed already.
