Or you could try this :if all else fails.
then:enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and get the
puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.

If the phone is showing phone lock & you forgot the password, the "ONLY" solution to that is to send the phone back to Samsung for a software reflash/reprogram..

PUK stands for PIN UNLOCK KEY. You get this error when you wrongly entered SIM card pin for 3 attempts.

The PUK is not available anywhere online as this is unique to your sim card. The only one who can provide this to you is the network provider. Just call up their customer service line and then ask how you can obtain the PUK.
