ok... im so stupid. i had a problem with quicktime so i had to uninstall it, except it didnt want to completely uninstall it was hung up(remove just quicktime files)so i tried it the other way(remove also system files used by quicktime?) anyway it finally uninstalled.. but now messenger doesnt work and my norton wont start or enable its protection, automatic updater wont stay on to get my updates,i get errors about rundll loading c:windowssystem32wurajobi.dll and wuaueng.dll. also have a pupezeri.dll in the registry that is making a mess.when i shut down i get a message instruction failed at 0x0040a2bc memory 0x000000000. im pulling my hair out and chasing my tail.. now downloading other programs in an attempt to fix anything... and so far nothing has helped. dial a fix, troubleshooter, tuneup utilities, hijackthis , reg defender.. last known good configuration, system restore has failed as well.

- ok...for all u experts out there... i dont know how the bios/cmos in setup when i first boot up got messed up, but all i did was checked all my options/params set there and clicked restore defaults,save and exit... and lo and behold i got the function of my computer back!!! i do have the issue with those files - fujudofi.dll,gahehani.dll, msxm1922.dll, wogirubi.dll. thank you for your interest in helping me..Clarification Request

Mom.....is that you? Kidding. It may be too late, but try looking in your trash bin for the files you deleted. If the files are still there, right-click on them and restore them. What IS working?

wow that sounds like hell i could tell you the esiest way to fix this problem a complete reinstall of windows lol but what's the fun in that ....
ok well the wurajobi.dll file is a bad file so were glad that's not loading .. yay..the wuaueng.dll has to do with your windows update module probaly why your windows update isn't working so lets start out with doing a couple of things restart or power on your computer as soon as you do repeatedly press the F8 key until you get a screen with some options once your there go to safe mode with command promt once windows opens up it should open up a black box you can type in once your there i want you to type in SFC /scannow once you do this your system will start scanning for any unwanted changes to your windows files and repair any changed files that should not be changed once this proccess is done we will run it again but differently type in sfc /scanonce then hit enter once you do this restart your computer it should do the scan over again by itself let it run once you do that boot back in to safe mode with command prompt and run this program CHKDSK /F this will take a while let it run and once done reset your computer again to remove the other error messages i will probally have to do it if there still comming up just let me know and ill connect to your system and fix it for you when i can
