If you see this message. This indicates that the phone software had been corrupted. Possible causes is bad flash chip. Try to bring your phone to a local cellphone repair shop and have it "re-flashed". If that doesn't help. Its probably cheaper to just get yourself a new phone than trying to have it repaired. It will probably cost you almost the price of getting a new phone if you will have the phone's circuit board replaced. I hope this helps.
