Ricoh 1035. The moment you turn the photocopier on it reports error code SC560 suggesting i should call service agent or the supplier. what could that be please???

Enter in the service mode Yellow key-107-red key,enter in the SP mode open the front door,turn off the copier,unplugged,wait 10 sec.,pluged on close the front door and turn on the power switch.

copydoki has advised incorrectly.Firstly get into service mode yellow-107-hold on read key till it beeps. You will then need to go into mode or data log and clear the sc counter. You need to push hash in sc mode to do the reset.Then power on off. sc560 does not exsist Ive think you may have a fuser code though.
