I need to get into my MX6439 case to take a look at my dc jack. Does anyone know where I can get a manual to do this?
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

usally ther is none start bottem take all screws unsnap parts u can pice by pice rember what you doing u will make your way down in it to get mobo out u try changing using new power suplly also 1st or does it have docking staion avible u can charge most throw that
