...and this one time, when I was in band camp... What are you saying? Are you using heavy stock paper? Are you using the correct tray for that paper type? Did you chose the correct paper size/type in the print dialog box when you started the print job? Are you trying to print a huge honkin image at a size too small? Is the paper really stuck, or is the printer just thinking?...and this one time, when I was in band camp... What are you saying? Are you using heavy stock paper? Try using regular paper on unit as specified by Samsung. If that does not resolve the issue then the hassle lies with the paper feed mechanism. Often a good cleaning of all the rollers in the path can take care of the issue.
I suggest you unstall hp printer software and re install your hp printer again with the hp printer cd come with your hp and once you install, take test print and then print your pages ,i hope your hp printer issue solve,in case you still have problem then contact HP printer Customer Support On official HP Printer Website x
It is possible there is some foreign material within the system specially stuck up in the rollers or the drive and so the feed of the paper tends to make the wrinkles.
Also the alignment of the ROLLERS must be clean so as to make the paper be drawn into in EQUAL force , if not the paper will move sideways and cause damage to the paper.
There is a sensor that goes up when printing and should go back to its normal position after ejecting the printed page. Sometimes it get stuck, you can manually reposition that sensor. It looks like a small plastic lever and located where the paper is going out.
I was printing a homework assignment from my professor, I received an error message that something may be invalid with what he sent. I tried to print and everthing just jammed, the cartridges are stuck to the right and noting will move. I have turned it on and off and even unplugged it from the Computer, but when restarted nothing still happens there is still no communication with my omputer. Is it shot or can still use it? Thanks Rebbec
Look for any obstructions in the paper path and remove them if
necessary. (It is possible to move the carrier assembly with the power
off.)
Turn the printer on, load some paper, and press the Form Feed button. (On the X83, press the Select button.)
Watch the paper as it feeds through and try to determine where the jam is occurring.
Check to see if all the rollers are turning.
If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6. If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.
If the paper is jamming under the carrier assembly, you may be able to fix it using the manual feed slot.
Turn the printer off.
Take a #10 envelope and feed it through the left side of the manual
feed slot until it comes right through the printer to the back of the
exit rollers.
Move it up and down first, and then slowly move it over to the
right side. If something is stuck under the black guide plate, this may
work it loose.
IF this did mot work ,Please contact Lexmark as they sent you refurbished printer which may defective roller on it , ask them to send a good printer this time..............
The paper gets stuck in the roller and is not drawn up to the drum. The beginning of the problem started when the paper was never pulled from the drawer. When I open the paper drawer after a Paper Jam error, the paper is bent backward but still detached. Now it is drawn in but sticks.....margoa
does the printhead run smoothly to the left side of the printer when it is powered on?
If the printhead cant run that freely, it will give you the paperjam message. You have to dismantle the printer again, connect the scanner and cables again when top cover is removed. Press the scanner open contact (opposite to the menu button) and watch the printhead run to the left side. It might be that either the printhead stucks somewhere on its way (press the cover of the printhead. It might be the reason) or the guide rail hinders the printhead to move.
Dear Hs87
If there is no paper stuck/jam inside the printer and if the motor works fine, plz check again all the threats, there might be a broken threat or untight threat
Thanks
