How do I skip/omit an incoming message that is taking forever to receive? Outlook is receiving 1 message of 9 and after ten minutes, the status bar has hardly moved.

- Thanks for the response. I clicked on the "x" button in the corner (didn't see a triangle option). After it was stopped using the "x" button, it would stop temporarily but pick up again rather than being skipped. Server techs from Earthlink came to the rescue.
