Your drain may be freezing because of a blockage down line from the defrost condensate drain. But there are some models no matter what you they seem to freeze the condensate drain opening shut. Make sure your refrigerator is not leaning so the water will pool to one side and slowly freeze up until the drain closes. Below is a link to a short Tube how to get the drain unplugged but every situation is different. Let me look over your models design and if I see something that may be causing this to happen I will try to get that point out to you, Click n the links below starting with the first and please respond so we can stop this mess,
Please let me know what you may run into as far as problem getting to certain areas, Thanks, Sea Breeze

- Wow, I always know when there is a leak you get them from all places. I have hundreds of service manual and I believe your model has a filter below and inside the kick plate. Look around the door frame near bottom and behind the fresh food section door. Sea Breeze

- You know the more I read your post it is possible that the condensate pan below the refrigerator and near compressor may be leaking or have a hole in the pan. If the idea of cutting the water off to dispenser and ice maker does not solve the problem it goes back to the condensate drain line problem. Every time the refrigerator defrost water travels down to that pan where the heat from condenser and fan evaporate the water back into your home. If that pan is plastic and cracked or steel and rusted a hole through it that could be the problem. Sea Breeze
