i have an acer aspire one netbook and when i try to sign into msn everything freezes and nothing and wont work unless i turn it off and start it again does anyone know how to fix this?

Uninstall your msn explorer or messenger, whichever you are referring to and reinstall it. Seems like something was corrupt when you installed the first time
