Hi, I bought a 1TB Western Digital My Book Essential Edition external hard drive for my laptop. I transferred all my data over then a week later it says there are no files on the 'g' drive. However, when you open my computer it says 792GB free of 931GB. So the files are there I just can't access them! Please help, I don't want to pay hundreds of $$'s out when it's only new and no worth that much! I am desperate!
