Problem for GE PSS25MGN Side by Side Refrigerator
Freezer not cooling, fan blowing, fridge also not
my freezer is not cooling,but the fan is blowing. The refrigerator fan is also working, as is the "turbo cool" but it's not cool enough. Freezer temp was above 40. Waiting to see how cool fridge is.

- My model is a Pss25MGN WW, side by side. There is no frost, I completely unloaded it last night, unplugged it, and was cleaning out 3 half gallons of melted Blue Bell ice cream out this morning :( Will check to see if compressor is running as soon as I plug it back in. I do know the fans are running, and when I hit "turbo cool" it kicked into a high blowing sound...Nov 08, 2009

Need the complete model number , is there frost inside on the rear freezer wall ? Pull the refrig out , and remove the lower panel . Do you feel the compressor running ?
