On many imported cars , the radios have options for the radio to be used in different areas of the world (UK/EUROPE : ASIA : USA+Americas etc. )

These different areas of the world use different  frequencies (with different tuning increments )  

If you have a MENU button on your radio , see if you can find the Area  choice option.

Once found , then it is just a matter of switching to your particular  area
