T.v. will not turn on. No sound or anything. Had been working fine now nothing. 51 inch hitachi Is there a reset button? Thanks any reply would be appreciated.

- model number is 43gx01b-5v5602 We thought it did recieve power from outlet because the on indicator light would come then go out. Thought it might be a short somewhere.Clarification Request

Is there any indication that it receives power from the outlet?Particular model number may help find the fault easily.
