Hello I have an Acer aspire one, the web cam works, but everybody tells me that the image is very dark, I try the change the settings but I just can't move the controls,why is that?, is there any driver I can download to fix this? Please help me I'm getting very frustrated.

i m not sure but u can try these ..........

there can be low light problem
there can be problem in "cam lens"
or there can be problem in others pc display

and u can also contact acer toll-free customer service number, 1 800 11 6677
