Looks like some part of your computer (most probably CPU/memory/graphics card) has malfunctioned, and BIOS is generating error beeps to indicate the exact cause of the problem. Various BIOS manufacturers have different standards of beep-codes however. You might find some useful information for most common BIOS manufacturers here:

Most of the time when this happens it is a RAM issue these are the first set of memory of the computer. First thing to try is resetting the ram by taking it out ad then pushing them back into place. when you put them in the slots you need to make sure they are placed in snug, if you push to hard you can damage the board so do this carefully.
