I do not quite understand what you mean by get Linux on your Casio. Linux is an OS like Windows; it requires a computer with significant hardware ressources to run. The only sense your question can have is the following: Where can I find an emulator of a Casio FX-115ES calculator for Linux?

I looked at the blog. The title is a question, not an affirmation and the first line is Well, maybe not, yet.

This being said, you can continue to look for the micro Linux distro that will run your calculator, however it will not do you any good because your calculator Casio Fx-115ES does not have IO ports.
You will need to disassemble your calculator to access the ROM so that you can reprogram it.
