Problem for Lexmark X1150 All-In-One InkJet Printer

I purchased a new HP Compac tower and now my Lexmark printer won'

I purchased a new HP Compac tower and now my Lexmark Inkjet X1150 isn't connected to my tower. It is plugged in but the computer says it is not connected. Is there a disc that I can buy to install it? My new tower is an HP Compac windows 7. My email is lbsargent1@roadrunner.com
I purchased it at Best Buy and their Geek Squad was supposed to put all of the info from my old tower into my new one but there are several things that are not in it. I called and they said to run the disk that they made and it would all come back on but it is not there.
