I just bought an Acer Aspire. Everytime I type

If you just bought it, take it back for a replacement now before you load a lot of programs and data, only to have it completely fail.

You bought a new computer and that's not what new computers are supposed to do. Ask them for a new one that works.

I have the same model and unfortunately the same issue. I actually returned the first one I purchased only to get another one with the same exact problem. I contacted Acer and they have advised me to send it in for repair. I have to pay for the box, but shipping and handling is on them. I am also not sure how to use the webcam, there isn't even a program on here to open it. Does anyone else have the same issue? I am very disappointed in this product and I am upset that the manufacturers know about the issue, but they give you the run around when you call in with a problem, as if they were clueless...it's time to call consumer affairs and let them know that consumers are being ripped off and taken for a ride.
