Generic problem for all In Dash Receivers
Alpine IVA-W205 XM not displaying in source menu

Purchased a above unit few weeks ago. All worked well for a time, then XM disappeared from the source menu. Now I can't select it or access XM. I do have an acitve subscription. Retailer of unit told me that they are familiar with this however Alpine says it is a software issue wiht no fic currently available. Seems to only effect newer Alpine units. Help!
