my camera died with the lens out. then the next day i recharged it but it wasn't turning on. I noticed the lens was bent out so i pushed it in and it went in easily. Now when i press the power button the blue and green light turns on but when i let go of the power button it turns off
Was the camera dropped? Bent lens is not a good sign and possibly needs to be sent in for repair. If the cost is too high to replace (unless they fix them under warranty) than it's time to replace the unit unfortunately.

i sent the first one back because i thought it was the camera but the new one is doing the same thing. something about setting the time zone is messed up. it will not set to the proper am or pm. if i set it at 4:30 in the afternoon the time zone time will state 4:30 a.m. and when i exit out to the main screen the time on my camera will have then changed to a.m. instead of p.m. also you cannot set the clock in the camera to 12 a.m. anything. there is no 12 on the a.m. choice of the clock. it will only let you set 00:30 for 12:30 a.m.
