Wireless mouse messes up during FPS game

Sometimes while playing a (fullscreen) shooting game, my wireless Logitech mouse messes up. It sometimes won't stop firing (left-click) after I let go of my mouse. Other times I try to shoot and it doesn't fire. This happened of three different games.
