Emachine acer E627 my laptop wont start up as normal and it wont read the booting disk i need help ,
i was downloading a backup disk then it just shut down

It seems that you were not downloading the backup disk but also installing it. And with some glitch in the internet the installation process got corrupted. Reboot in safe mode by pressing F8 at bootup. Then come back to me if it reboots in safe mode.
