Guides on how to repair Firefox from crashing free
Step 1. Launch Firefox web browser, and then click "Tools" at the menu bar, and then choose "Add-ons".
Step 2. After that, choose the "Plugins" tab, in the list, it shows all the plugins that you have installed on Firefox.
Step 3. Select the one you need, press the "Disable" button at the right to disable this plugins.
And then restart Firefox.

Hello there...
I also have experienced the same many times already. You go to your start menu> control panel> add/remove programs> remove mozilla firefox.
Then you use another available browser and download Mozilla Firefox again. That works for me. Hope that helps... have a nice day!
