On your desktop, right click and choose New > Shortcut > Browse >
Computer > C: drive > Program Files > Microsoft Office > Office 12
Then choose the program you want for a shortcut (Word.exe, Excel.exe, etc). Click OK, click Next, Name it what you want and click Finish. It will now be on your desktop.
Do the same thing for the other programs you desire.

Using the References Ribbon. Insert Citation will insert (Author, Date). I would like to be able to insert Author (Date) OR (Author, Date). Can I create an new Field Code called say Citation2 to allow for this?
