Hi All, When I'm trying to download Windows live updated version, an error message comes up saying that an error code Xo80004004 as well as Xo80070648 are preventing the update to be completed, I don't know what i need to do to fix problem as I want to use my MSN Messenger on a daily basis. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite windows XP. Currently I'm downloading Miscrosoft Security Essentials. My IT knowledge isn't that great, so if you can please write your feed back and I welcome any questions you may need me to answer. Thansk. C.E.

Ok nothing at all on 80070648 but the other reason is enough to fix it.
It is security where you need to have permission to do this.
This was already answered once before but I know how hard it is to get to the right answer. So instead of rewriting someone elses work here is the URL. PS not the uninstall and reinstall answer
