My wacom tablet is being bizarre. It's acting as a mouse. Instead of the cursor being relative from the pad to the screen, it's acting like a mouse.

go to the pen tablet program folder and start up pen tablet properties and there should be an option to use the pen as a pen or as a mouse. if this does not help then the pen may have some problems.
