Screen goes black when taking picture and picture is not taken.
Problem for Kodak EASYSHARE Z1285 Digital Camera
When i take a picture, it is taking 8 to10 sec for
when i take a picture, it is taking 8 to10 sec for the camera to "process" b/4 i can take another picture. this is a recent problem only within the last month. the camera is over a year old and to my knowledge has not been "tramatized" in anyway. HELP!!

Dont you worry about that! Its normal specialy if you are using the higher mega pixel of your camera.
For you to minimized the processing you need to lower the mega pixel of picture size., you can adjust your picture size under Menu settings, And choose not lower or higher than 6 mega pixel to have a good quality picture printout
