- Make sure that your PSP is getting power.
- check the battery.

What did you do to your PSP/what have you done lately?

It's probably BRICKED.

My recommendations:
- If your PSP is still under warranty, bring it to SONY.
If not, do so anyway, or to a Smaller Techinicans' Company, which is usually cheaper!
