Follow the steps: •1 Turn on the printer and press the Paper Feed switch until the Auto Sheet Feeder indicator light turns on.
•2 Pull up on the paper sheet feeder on the top and back of the printer and slide out the paper support.
•3 Take a stack of no more than 10 pieces of photo paper and flatten the corners, if they are curled. Curled corners may cause jams within the printer.
•4 Place the paper in the paper sheet feeder with the printable side of the paper facing up. The printable side of photo paper is the shiny or whiter side of the paper.
•5 Print your documents as needed.
Paper Cassette :
•1 Switch on the printer and press the Paper Feed switch until the Cassette indicator light turns on.
•2 Pull on the cassette on the bottom of the printer to slide it out of the printer.
•3 Flatten the corners of a stack of no more than 10 sheets of photo paper if the corners are curled. The paper may become jammed in the printer if the corners are curled.
•4 Place the stack of paper in the cassette so the paper is touching the right side and the printing side of the paper is facing down. Adjust the plastic paper guides so they touch the paper. The paper stack guides help facilitate the paper moving into the printer.
•5 Slide the cassette back into the bottom of the printer. The printer is ready for printing.
IP4700 series has 2-way paper feeding. Please check you paper feeding from bottom cassette or rear auto feed!
Before perform the printing job, you may notice on your printer right side can select paper feed from rear or bottom.
Enjoy printing.
It sounds like the motor on the left side went out. If it's a brand new printer your best bet would probably be exchange it at the store or see if the manufaturer has a warrenty. If it's an older printer I probably wouldn't try to get it repaired, printers are getting cheaper these days and it probably wouldn't be much more to get a new one.
those buttons dont stop whats in the queue. You need to go to your printer icon, right click and select the first tab on the list, from there, you will see all the files being dumped to the printer, right click file and select delete, this will erase everything in the buffer.
This will happens when the paper feeder sensor fails. Due to this when give any print or copy it wont feeds the paper you may get the error please load the paper. For this you need to contact HP Customer Support for a service if it is under warranty.
Thanks & Regards

Try turning the paper around. Some times the corners of the paper get slightly bent and the paper wont load.If turning the paper around does not work, switch your paper. Hope this helps.
In this Case take out the Paper from the Paper Feed Tray........ Unplug the Power Supply from the Printer.......... Remove both the Cartridges from the Printer.......... Now take a size 10 Envelope fold it so that it should become like a thin long strip........ Now Insert that Envelope on the left side corner of the Printer and move it from right to left and left to right as fast as u can for about 10 times.......... Now Insert the Ordinary Papers onto the Printer and insert both the catridges and Turn on the Printer......
It should resolve the Issue.........
Good Luck..........

1. Turn the printer off and open the access cover. 2. Look for any obstructions in the paper path and remove them if necessary. (It is possible to move the carrier assembly with the power off.) 3. Turn the printer on, load some paper, and press the Form Feed button. 4. Watch the paper as it feeds through and try to determine where the jam is occurring. 5. Check to see if all the rollers are turning.
If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6. If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service. 6. If the paper is jamming under the carrier assembly, you may be able to fix it using the manual feed slot. 7. Turn the printer off. 8. Take a #10 envelope and feed it through the left side of the manual feed slot until it comes right through the printer to the back of the exit rollers. 9. Move it up and down first, and then slowly move it over to the right side. If something is stuck under the black guide plate, this may work it loose.
