I'm having trouble knowing where to put the black orange and yellow cables. Where do they go?

do you mean the black orange and the yellow cables coming from the power supply if you don't know what is the power supply is it is somthing huge locatted in the upper part of you case if the are what i have guessed they will pe put onthe motherboard the are pins the same size on the mother board and don't worry they can pe put only in the right way no other way to be put on isa if this didn't help just take a picture of the cabels and send them to me and i will try to help you isa
