Hi Brengolfter3,

My guess is, the IP to your router is still 192.168.x.x. Only way you are going to be able to get to the router, is to set your machine to a static IP, and then try to get to the router.
This site tells you how set it to static, http://corz.org/comms/hardware/router/static.ip.address.php

The IP you listed is assigned to Easton Utilites, so I have asume it is your internet IP. You might want to check the Xbox troubleshooting for the Xbox, so you don't have to disable your Nat, which is a firewall, by default. Good Luck!

assign your xbox a static IP address and then create the following forwarding rules to the statice ip address of your xbox.

The following ports must be available to your Xbox 360 console for Xbox LIVE to operate correctly: • TCP 80 • UDP 88 • UDP 3074 • TCP 3074 • UDP 53 • TCP 53
