My 1996 Corvette LT4 has been stored for 4 years. I put preservative in the gas before storing it, but now want to bring it back to
life. How should I accomplish this in the
best way (siphon gas, replace with fresh, etc.). The battery has been disconnected and
the car is in a heated garage and has been covered to protect the finish.

chk all fluids, replace the oil, Remove plugs and spray wd 40 in all the cylinders.cover the fenders to keep the wd 40 off and spin the engine make sure all plug wires are grounded.Free spin until you get oil pressure.. Free spinning with get the belts to relax and flex. Change the fluel filter good luck

Hi, I went through a similar situation with a car of mine. It had about 1/2 tank of fuel and I was told to remove as much as I could as fuel does go bad. After siphoning the old gas, I filled it with high octane and additives, and it ran like it did before i stored it. Just adding cleaners and so forth I wouldn't do. Good Luck,
