My HP Officejet Pro L7780 Says Paper Jam

It says paper jam but I checked on the printer itself, there is no paper.
Please help.

I have the same issue and done everything but disassemble it.

HP Tech support just gave me two links to the users manuals and FAQ on clearing jams.

We're returning ours to HP.

I have a paper jam message showing and remove paper jam and there is no paper jam. I don't see any solution showing for the Brother Printer 7820
