I have a paper jam message showing and remove paper jam and there is no paper jam. I don't see any solution showing for the Brother Printer 7820

I have the same issue and done everything but disassemble it.

HP Tech support just gave me two links to the users manuals and FAQ on clearing jams.

    We're returning ours to HP.

Dont know if this will help anyone else but here's what happened to me. I was having this same issue and was about to call HP to get it replaced, as mine is only 14 days old. I started looking around inside it and saw a white wheel on the left hand side, down a bit from the top. It had a black cord looking thing laying over it. I thought this cord was packaging material, but apparently it is suppose to go around the large white wheel. After I did that, I did a #6 reset and it has worked ever since (about 6 hours now). Maybe this will help someone else.

My printer is saying "Carriage Jam" and that I should remove Jam and press okay. I can not see a jam anywhere and have tried everything. Do you have any suggestions?

There are a number of things that can cause a carriage jam. To prevent it from recurring, one should keep in mind a number of things.
Always ensure that the paper tray is not overloaded as this might result in the paper being stuck inside.
Also the paper being used should be as per the manufacturer's recommendations.
Turn off the printer when removing bits of paper.
If there is a broken gear, do not repair it yourself. Call an expert technician to mend it. get more help for HP Carriage Jam .

Paper Jam cleared but?

It sounds like the paper sensor in the paper try is broken or jamed. Remove the paper tray and locate the paper sensor. Check if it is jamed in the up position or if it is broken.

Paper jam up in top of printer Tray one wadded badly -

Try using the cardboard backing of a large writing tablet by sticking it down into the tray where the paper goes. If there is a small piece of paper there, it will be pushed out.
