I have reviewed your problem and have the fallowing for you to aces.
First, I have researched your problem and I
believe the 2 or 3 blinking (
Red ) led is
referencing a problem with your power supply.
You may want to disconnect the unit from its power source and Press and hold the power button for
10 or 15 seconds.
Allow to set for 10 minutes before connecting power.
Also, you may want to check your outlet supply voltage to
assure it is correct.
If the unit powers on
correctly, I would have a service performed on the unit, ASAP.
This is a nice unit and fairly easy to service but will take an
experienced technician to make repairs.
Hope this information helps you in your problem.
Please rate.... Good luck.

- Korey, as I explained in my text, before you stated anything about low DC.
The Low DC means that the power supply is not delivering the correct amount of DC ( Direct Current ) to its connecting boards.
Also, you never mentioned anything about burn marks, physical or visual circuit borad problems.
Why is that ?
Regardless, you have problems with your power supply and the repair will require a certified technician.
Please be kind and rate.....
Thank you...
