My Panasonic Cinemavision tv is giving me a 2

I have reviewed your problem and have the fallowing for you to aces.
First, I have researched your problem and I believe the 2 or 3 blinking ( Red ) led is referencing a problem with your power supply.
You may want to disconnect the unit from its power source and Press and hold the power button for 10 or 15 seconds. Allow to set for 10 minutes before connecting power.
Also, you may want to check your outlet supply voltage to assure it is correct.
If the unit powers on correctly, I would have a service performed on the unit, ASAP.
This is a nice unit and fairly easy to service but will take an experienced technician to make repairs.

Thanks for using FixYa. If the TV isn't turning itself on then the fault protection circuit has detected a fault and has turned down the TV. The 2 blink code indicates a problem in the D-board of your TV. It might be due to loose connector cables on the D-board or due to shorted components on the board. D-board is located in the center of the TV when you'll open up the back panel.

Note-- Please make sure to turn off and unplug the TV for at least 1 hour (this will drain off current from all components especially capacitors) before you perform any repairs. Also note that the TV consists of very high voltages even when it is in OFF condition.

Try to reset the TV by unplugging it for 8-10 hours.
