I will try and help you. You should be getting a two digit error code displayed? Are the lights appear to be DIM if so this is another problem. If the answer is no to the two questions above then the first thing we need to do is put the dryer into diagnostic test mode. Make sure dryer is in standby Press the cancle button make sure no lights are lit. Now press the following buttons in this order with in 5 seconds. More time > Less time > More time > Less time. You should see the digit display 88 and all other indicators lights on as well. If you get an Error code E1 or E2 Then the problem maybe the thermistor. If you get an Error code E3 = Check cabling from display panel (buttons & lights) to the control board. If connections are okay replace control board. Post results of test and we can go from there.
